“…watch stars,

listen to night birds or foxes

hunt in the dark,

stay in respectful silence

or talk over a glass of wine,

after a bath in the hot tub,

opened up to what may come:

 the night,

 the rain,

 the wind,

 still there is life,

 I feel  I have to say to myself”
